Pooled testing means that Osborn will test a classroom together and if there are any positive results in that pool, then each student takes another rapid test the next morning to identify the positive individual and allow them to isolate and get healthy without anyone else in the class having COVID exposure. These COVID-19 tests are simple, takes minutes to administer, is completely painless, and keeps individuals safe from further exposure.

Currently, Osborn tests classrooms every Tuesday class is in session and if there is a positive test, additional testing occurs the next morning (Wednesday). Osborn School District encourages all Osborn families to authorize their students to participate in this important effort.
