Osborn Leadership Academy

The Osborn Leadership Academy is a growth initiative that seeks to cultivate aspiring and existing leaders within Osborn School District #8. Osborn School District’s strategic plan identifies talent development and retention as a key area of interest to our staff and endeavors to invest the necessary resources into our current and future leaders.

The Osborn Leadership Academy initiative will cultivate and retain leaders at every level of our district, equipping them with knowledge, skills and experience for potential positions of leadership within school and district leadership roles.

Interested candidates will need to fill out an application, obtain a supervisor's recommendation, and complete a letter of interest by April 1st.
